"As a retired American Family Insurance Agent I found a few years ago AF did not serve me well at my new zip code, so I took a shot at a long time rival State Farm. I elected to go with Laurel Cross's Agency. I have spoken to Laurel only once which is fine, but have worked with Jamie, Susan and now Taylor. In a poor customer service world we live in today I have found they are the best! Laurel has surrounded herself with a great team. Taylor is the newest member and seems to be on his game!
